Everything was good except the carpet in the living room had a lot of stains on it. Needs to be thoroughly cleaned or replaced. Very good location. Convenient to everything.

We stayed there last year. We liked the place. Nice set-up and fit all our needs. After about three days, there was a huge termite infestation. They were coming through the walls and doors.We were moved to a place that didn't meet our needs and was not what we paid for.Due to the previous year's experience, I called and asked if the termite problem had been taken care of. I was told it had been, so I booked it.When we got there, the Keurig coffee pot once again needed descaling. I did it myself last year. Whoever "took care of the termite problem" did a very unprofessional job.They sloppily painted over the termite damage on the door frames. They also left many of the quarter rounds that transition from the floors to the walls off. Some of the transitions and quarter rounds that were there didn't match the floor. Other than that, we love the location. Close to my daughters' house, beds are comfortable, we like having a garage, and the neighborhood is quiet.
