Good, but... Expedia description says cookware is provided and it wasn't - had to ask at reception before we were given a single frying pan to use, nothing else available. Note too that Livensa's main use is as student accomodation, not tourist/business users. That said, 5min walk to the metro, 10min walk to huge supermarket made it convenient for a short stay.

Good position , 5 min from the metro. Well equipped room with microwave hob and fridge. Comfy bed, nice bathroom with good shower. Quality linen and towels. Only downside was previous guests had spilt coffee down the wall so needed a repaint.
Reception very helpful. Would definitely stay again
