    There was serious issues with hotel facilities , bath room water drainage issue , air condition not available, cleanliness very bad. Breskfast area was also not good as there were too many flies on the food outdoor. However the staff especially gulçin and akif were very respectful, supportive and kind. They helped us alot. Additionally the swimming pool outside our room was out of service.

    I booked this last minute as in booked at 12pm arrived at 1pm. The staff are so friendly, the apartment was clean with a washing machine which was a blessing. The pool area was spotless. If you just want to laze around the pool and have a relaxing holiday, this is the place for you. We enjoyed it that much we're hoping to go back again next year with a few friends. Highly recommend.

    Nice place, reasonable price, very friendly and helpful personnel, particularly young lady on reception Gülçin. Delicious breakfast. Beach in walking distance, bus stop to city centre just around the corner. Would recommend for quiet holidays.

    The homes provide value for money. Comparing to a decent hotel, the service was little sub-par. The staff felt a bit disinterested in our requirements for the most part. As far as facilities go, a dishwasher, a cooker and a washing machine were provided. But there was no wash powder with it. There was no microwave oven, which I believe is more of a basic requirement. There was no kitchen roll to clean after ourselves, and even the toilet roll provided was almost empty. The flat/room itself is good and spacious. Cleaning takes place every 3 days. I would think at least the trash should be taken out daily. Breakfast was decent. There are some grocery stores near the homes. The (free) beach is a bit further away. But there isn't much else nearby, which is understandable
