The pools were not very clean, and, overall, the food quality was below our expectations. On the positive side, our room was cleaned and serviced very well every day. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service in both the restaurants and throughout the resort.

I loved this facility super kid friendly and amazing. Very well kept and any questions you asked they will help you. I love that they have kids club to be able to drop off your kid so you can have couple time. As well as Nannie’s that you can hire within the facility if they’re under 3 that they can’t go to the kids club. The spa was so relaxing and peaceful!!! I highly recommend.
The only thing I would change would be that when we checked in I was told they would be able to show us around where everything was and that never happened. When I’ve been to affiliated facilities they would show us around a bit and tell us where everything is as we were walking to our room.so make sure you tell them to tour you because it is a big place to get easily lost.
