The property consists of two adjoining houses. The small house for 4 people maximum consists of a bedroom (double bed), a bathroom with bath and shower (hairdryer available), a large kitchen-living room fully equipped (fridge, freezer, MW, cooker, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker ....) with an oval table and 10 chairs, a TV lounge with a sofa, 2 armchairs and a convertible sofa bed, a terrace with large table and chairs (+ umbrella). A large terrace is inserted between the house and the pool.
The large house for 10 people maximum includes 3 large rooms with themes:
Australian room with pool view (double bed 180)
The American room overlooking the pool (double bed 180 and convertible sofa bed)
Ocean room with view on the entrance of the property (double bed of 180 and 2 single beds)
The three bedrooms have a private bathroom with sink, Italian shower and toilet. At the level of the garden, a games room with table football and table tennis, as well as a kitchen area equipped with a fridge, a stove and a sink and a dining area (table for 4 people) are at your disposal. Both houses are equipped with electric heaters and two gas stoves.
The large 10x5m swimming pool is fenced and sun loungers are laid out on the beach.
In the large garden, a bowling alley is waiting for you.
