Great location, safe, front desk team is great, very helpful. All areas are very clean.
I visit Santiago for a few days every year. This is my 3rd year booking Ibis Las Condes, it never disappoints me.

Basic, no frills, bed for the night. Room was cold, thermostat didn’t work. Not feasible for a longer stay as there are no food or drink facilities in the hotel except a restaurant. The only drinking water is from a machine in the lobby, so even to get a simple cup of water one has to go to lobby.
If one does book for longer and you like frequent tea or coffee like I do, take a travel hot water maker, a flask and a mug. No fridge in room to keep food, no glasses.
I wouldn’t stay here again.
