Staff were very helpful, great value for a last minute booking, flat looked lovely, good balcony space (although not super private), black out blinds, other guests were lovely, good facilities like coffee machine, boot warmers, ski room, laundry room etc
Quite a lot of noise from people above scraping chair against floor - maybe some chair feet dampeners would be a good purchase
Hot water in shower ran out after only a few minutes each time.
Minor point but some breakfast bowls would be nice!

It was not as advertised on booking.com
We expected an apartment with 2 balconies and a view.
What we actually got was a ground floor apartment with no balconies and no views.

Posto accogliente, moderno, pulito, fornito di tutto. Non ci abbiamo messo molto a sentirci a casa in questo bellissimo appartamento!
