About this apartment rental
The apartment, located on the beachfront of Playa de Los Lances, is equipped for 4 people.
In the main living area we will find a small hallway, leading to the kitchen (open plan), fully equipped with a 4-burner ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and kitchen utensils, and the living room which has modern furniture, a large sofa and a dining table with 4 chairs.
To the right we have the second of the bathrooms equipped with a bathtub (the first is at the beginning of the hallway and has a shower tray), and the 2 bedrooms; the first with 2 single beds and a wardrobe and the second with a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. Both rooms have heating plates.
However, the best thing about this apartment is undoubtedly the private garden it has. It is perfect for families with children or for washing windsurfing or kite equipment. It has side views of the beach and a small portable barbecue. It also has a separate exit to the outside, so you can go from the beach to the garden without having to enter the apartment.
The development, with a privileged location, has landscaped areas and a seasonal swimming pool (open from 15th June to 15th September)
In the area you will find beach bars, cafes and restaurants...and in 10-15 minutes walking you will be in the historic centre of Tarifa.
This is undoubtedly a perfect apartment for families and sportspeople.

The apartment had everything needed for your stay. The beds were comfortable. Added bonus is the garden where you can dry and clean your equipment.
The grass in the garden was too long, but didn’t bother us.

Perfecto apartamento al lado del paseo y de la playa, y a 10-15 minutos del centro de Tarifa. Parking gratis al lado del apartamento y piscina en la urbanización. En definitiva todo muy bien.

Muy cerca de la.playa y del paseo marítimo. Muy tranquilo. A 15 min del centro. La piscina se agradece. La wifi también. La entrada al jardín directamente desde la calle es muy cómoda.
El propietario debería cambiar el microondas y renovar las toallas (huelen a húmedo cuando las usas)
