Oceanfront - Enjoy our wonderful 3 bedroom residence right on the bike path of the fabulous Newport Beach Balboa Peninsula. This fantastic location offers your family a very clean and comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom downstairs duplex. Lightening fast internet. DVR's with smart TV's and Roko's. Entertain in a gorgeous, newly remodeled kitchen and living room with higher end furnishings. Full cooking Kitchen with all appliances and gas BBQ. Large outside cooler with large comfortable and inviting extra large, deep patio. You can't beat this location. Walk out your front door to a grassy park with the beach after the park. Throw a football , play Frisby, or fly a kite, while your family can see you from the patio. With the beach and Balboa Pier, with bathrooms and showers, steps in front of the park there is a children's playground with jungle gym, swings and slides. Walk to restaurants, bars, shopping, the Balboa Fun Zone only two blocks away from this residence. You could never leave the patio for a week, there is everything you will need. The apartment allows one in garage parking spot, and three public pay parking lots close by. Water activities like fishing (deep sea included), canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, pleasure cruising, and whale watching are only a few blocks away. Every beach and water activity is within walking distance! Rent or ride your bike from our front yard for miles and miles of oceanfront views past two water dog parks and surfing championship location. Ride from the Wedge to Huntington Beach Pier or beyond! This awesome residence is only miles from the world renown Fashion Island Shopping Center and South Coast Plaza. Both Bus accessible. Great location, decent apartment, nice bathrooms, great amenities, outdated pillows and mattresses, host was way too micromanaging our stay with cameras at every corner of house including inside the garage. I understand the need for cameras, but using them to micromanage our stay was a bit much. And when we had to depart at exactly 10 AM, she was there to usher us out and make sure we did not go back in and when I did go back in to doublecheck and make sure I got everything, she asked me to take the laundry basket of towels outside the unit, which last time I checked is not my Job, but I did it anyways. The guest departing next-door heard that and couldn’t believe it. We own a vacation rental and would never treat our guests like she treated us. Just trying to give an accurate review and did not want to do this, but felt it necessary for future renters
