LUX privatni apartman 411 u sklopu HOTEL VUČKO JAHORINA

V sklopu hotela je recepcija, Všeč mi je bil apartma kot celota , razgled iz podstrešne sobe. Všeč mi je bila lokacija, ker je skoraj na smučišču.

Ni mi bilo všeč, ker je zelo slab WI_FI, ni Netflix-a, večina apartmajev ga ima in kar me je najbolj zmotilo, kuhinja je premalo opremljena. Drugče je pa apartma lep.

Great and big appartment, 3 floors and nice fireplace.

Very poor wifi, reception didn't solve the problem although we asked for that many times. Broken shower and balcony door. Main door still wihout seal.

The apartment has a comfortable living room and a amall balcony. Towels and bedding are provided. There is a private locker for the skies in the cellar. Breakfast can be eaten at the hotel restaurant (10 Euros, very tasty by the way). Parking was free. The apartments consists of three floors, which gives the apartment a nice architectural touch: First floor - kitchen, bathroom, living room, second floor - bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, third floor - double bed.

Unfortunately the heating in the room cannot be adjusted. It was very hot and dry in the apartment, which made it nearly impossible to sleep well. We had to open the windows during the night. Another nagative aspect is the ventilation system of the hotel. It is at the roof of the apartment and we could hear the turbines all the time (even with the windows closed!). It is well-known that people smoke everywhere in Bosnia, which you just have to accept, but it is unacceptable if you even smell cigarettes in the apartment. The door of our apartments could not be closed completely, there is no seal, and you could also hear the air draft dragging in smoky air from the hotel bar at the entrance where people are smoking heavily. The owner of the apartments should just put a seal around the door, and this problem would be fixed immediately. The apartment is a privately owned apartment in the Hotel Vucko. Guests of private apartments are not treated like other hotel guests, and the reception does not feel responsible for any of your enquiries. Cleanliness could be better, there were many pieces of hair on the beds.
