I did not like the arrogance of the hoster and his attitude towards customers.

Nothing, Just liked the city.

It all started with the fact that the address of the location is incorrect. Arrived at the address, specifying the time in advance. Nobody here. Called on the phone after 10 minutes, he arrived and said that he did not see us. By video communication, we found out that the house is across the road. It's a new house and there is no address in Google. Well, okay. No problem. We met and then he said that In the apartment that we rented in the morning, something happened and problems with water. In exchange, they will give us another apartment nearby. 1 km from this one. We will be taken there by car. Fine. As a result, the apartment was 3 km away. Everything is fine, but we planned to walk around the center of Podgorica and rented apartment close to center. But that was not the center. We agreed to this new apartment because you don’t really run around with things after a trip. The hoster must check us in upon arrival. He took money for that from us. He said that the next day he would send the pictures and, if necessary, bring the documents. Told that we need paper docs. He said ok. We stayed for 2 nights. The next day, we did not see the registration documents, just like the manager himself. Checkout was at 11 am according to the conditions. He wrote that he would arrive at 12, and asked to leave key under door mat. I am writing a review a few days later. And still nothing no docs and no photos. He just ignored. The apartment itself was dirty and full of dust. The air conditioner has not been serviced. Toilet paper half a roll. Instead of shower gel, there was bath foam. There were no normal knives and mugs in the kitchen. The kettle is dirty. No double bed, just a sofa bed. Such apartment in that part of city costs much less than we have paid. Seems the hoster do the trick with many other customers. He owns many apartments in Podgorica according to the keys in his car.

Wonderful stay!

The location is great, a lot of parks around, close to shopping and restaurants. Parking garage was very important for me because finding a parking spot could be an issue if you travel by car. Beautiful and modern building, very secured and safe. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and has all amenities you may need for your long or short stay, including washer and dryer and dishwasher in the kitchen. Very thoughtful design, comfortable bed - feels like home. The view from the balcony is awesome, very quiet courtyard, good soundproofing. I highly recommend this property! The host was very responsive and helpful! We enjoyed our stay very much!

Цена в приложении была указана 49€ Заселение было в 17:00, о чем мы предупредили хозяев заранее. Когда мы заселялись, хозяин сказал, что мы должны заплатить 55€. Мы указали на стоимость в приложении, на что нам сказали звонить в поддержку и цена 55€. Мы туристы и у нас нет сим-карт и интернета, также мы не имели возможность отказаться от квартиры и искать новую, потому что не было интернета и был вечер. Мы приехали из другой страны! Это было максимально неприятно! Советую заранее обсуждать стоимость или производить списание через Букинг.
