The studio apt had a great floorplan and was spacious. It was worth getting a bit larger space. The location was perfect and walkable to many locations or easy to get a car service/taxi.
I woild orefer not to have to go to the office with the luggage. It would have been better if someone could have met me at the apt to provide me the keys. People should not have to walk a couple of blocks to pick up keys when they have multiple suitcases.

The apartment is in a great location in the centre of Porto. It is comfortable and clean. The staff is very helpful.
Perhaps the use of the air condition is not enough to heat the apartment. Despite this, the heating was satisfactory.

Everything - the comfort, the big size of the flat, the appliances, and the location (beside the Bolhao Market, walking distance to everything). The reception was handy too and very easy to collect the keys/leave bags.
We were only there for one night, but the next morning we noticed a smell in the bathroom. Maybe there is an issue with the sewage that needs addressed? It didn't affect our stay, but maybe if staying longer it might. The reception is on a parallel street from the flat (less than 5min walk) - it wasn't an inconvenience for us, but maybe for someone with mobility issues it might be. We'll definitely return.

Everything went smoothly with booking in, accommodation was excellent lovely and clean, comfortable bed, kitchen facilities excellent, great location for everything
