Villa Lucia

Sehr sauber. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber.

Alles perfekt. Bad und Küchenzeile waren "neu". WLAN gratis nutzbar.

Nicht genügend Parkplätze. Da muss man schon wissen wo man suchen "kann". Zusätzlicher Schirm via "Internet". Kurz nachdem das Portal von Lignano auf war und mir der Schirm, der bei der Wohnung inkludiert war, benannt wurde, waren alle Schirme ausverkauft. Habe im Frühjahr mit Glück noch den letzten (!) in dem Bereich für Mitte August buchen können. In größerer Entfernung waren es in Summe drei verfügbare Schirme. Dafür kann aber die Agentur nichts.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Lucia and really enjoyed our holiday. The biggest advantage of this property is its excellent location. The beach is only about a 10–12 minute walk away, and the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We also appreciated that two sun loungers on the beach were included with the apartment, so there was no need to pay extra. The air conditioning worked perfectly, even on very hot days. We were especially impressed with the bathroom. There was plenty of storage space in the vanity drawers and enough room to organize all of our toiletries. The shower also had convenient shelves for shampoo and other personal items. As we were a family of four (two adults, our 18-year-old daughter, and our 3.5-year-old child), having enough space for everyone’s belongings made our stay much more comfortable. We also loved the balcony overlooking the beautiful trees. It was a lovely place to relax and enjoy the fresh air. The building itself is very well maintained, and the staircase is beautifully decorated with flowers, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Check-in was quick and easy. We collected the keys from the agency, which is only about a 7-minute drive from the villa, and everything went smoothly. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of pots, pans, dishes, and everything needed for cooking. There was also lots of wardrobe space with shelves and hangers, making it easy to unpack all of our clothes. The balcony was equipped with everything needed for drying laundry, including a drying rack, clothespins, a bucket, a basin, and cleaning equipment, which was very practical. We drove from Germany, but after arriving we hardly used our car. The beach, restaurants, supermarkets, and the town center were all within walking distance. We only used the car once because it started raining. The location is truly one of the biggest advantages of Villa Lucia.

Overall, we were very happy with our stay, but there are a few things that could make the experience even better. The apartment did not have an electric kettle, so we had to boil water in a pot every time we wanted tea or coffee. A kettle would be a very useful addition. A washing machine would also be a great improvement, especially for families with children. Since we were traveling with a young child, having the possibility to wash clothes would have made our stay much more convenient. This was not a major issue, but it would certainly be appreciated. The cleanliness upon arrival could have been better. There was still some sand on the floor, we found a piece of clothing left under one of the beds, and the kitchen towel did not appear to be freshly washed. We hope that a little more attention will be given to cleaning before new guests arrive. One more piece of advice for future guests: be sure to bring mosquito repellent and an electric mosquito plug-in device. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the area, especially in the evening. As soon as we opened the balcony door, they flew inside immediately. Our young child was bitten many times on the first day, so proper protection is highly recommended. Despite these small issues, we really enjoyed our stay. The excellent location, comfortable apartment, peaceful surroundings, and thoughtful amenities far outweighed the minor inconveniences. We would happily recommend Villa Lucia to other families looking for a relaxing holiday.

Náhradní ubytování bylo zjevně zrenovované. Nový nábytek. Prostorné. Kuchyně – Torre Bianca

I Nelíbilo se mi, že nám až po příjezdu sdělili, že budeme ubytováni v jiném zařízení, než jsme si vybrali – a to bez našeho souhlasu. Na náhradním ubytování se mi nelíbila hlučná poloha přímo u hlavní silnice. Odtok ve sprše nefungoval. Vrzající dveře nešly zavřít, natož zamknout. Postele byly nepohodlné. Rušivý zvuk tekoucí vody ze splachování v ostatních apartmánech... Torre Bianca
