De host kwam al voor het verblijf met heel wat informatie over activiteiten (meer dan 20 mogelijkheden) en bood ook de mogelijkheid om die te reserveren. Als ik de prijzen vergeleek met rechtstreekse reservatie waren die erg vergelijkbaar. De water activiteiten zijn erg weergevoelig; hij stelde zelf voor om ze te verplaatsen naar andere dagen wanneer het weer te slecht was (teveel wind). Het huisje zelf wordt alleen verhuurd tijdens het hoogseizoen. Daarbuiten wordt het bewoond. Daardoor waren er ook heel wat praktische voorwerpen aanwezig die anders ontbreken (zoals keukenkruiden, olijfolie, doosjes om eten in te bewaren, etc). Op 10-15 minuutjes stappen van het oude stadscentrum is de locatie best ok.
Alle activiteiten waren relatief duur, maar dat komt gewoon omdat Dubrovnik een toeristische trekpleister is.
