Ideally located in a quiet residential area, less than 15 minutes by car from the main beaches, it enjoys a privileged position 5 minutes' walk (approximately) from the city center (pedestrian in the evening), to take advantage of the entertainment, restaurants and shops without parking problems.
Apartment, upstairs of a villa, with independent entrance, air-conditioned, comfortable, very well equipped.
It consists of a living area, a kitchen, a large bedroom, a bathroom and two terraces, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, and one of which (not overlooked) ) enjoys an unobstructed view of the mountain.
The apartment is equipped with many amenities to facilitate your stay: beach accessories (umbrellas, beach chair, coolers, beach mats);
baby equipment (travel cot, chair booster);
household linen (sheets, towels) is provided.
Maintenance products available (except detergent)
Free private parking - free WIFI internet access.
The apartment will be returned in the same state of cleanliness as on your arrival otherwise the cleaning fee will be required: 50 €
Arrival: from 3 p.m. - Departure: 10 a.m.
The owners live on the ground floor and are at your disposal if necessary.
Do not miss ! the Sunday market which takes place in the town hall, with a large choice of our regional products (cold meats, cheeses, jams, honey ...) etc only in the morning.

Accueil attentionné et charmant de la propriétaire.
Location dans un quartier très calme de Porto-vecchio très proche du vieux Porto-vecchio.
T2 très bien agencé avec 2 terrasses et un équipement très complet.

L'appartement est très fonctionnel, très bien équipé aussi bien pour la plage que pour y vivre.
Emplacement idéal à 10minutes à pieds du centre ville.
2 terrasses bien ensoleillées et la gentillesse de la propriétaire qui nous a donné la possibilité de prendre l'appartement avant et de le le libérer après l'heure indiquée sur le contrat.
Allez y les yeux fermés.

Rien ne manque dans ce petit logement Les terrasses de part et d autre sont très appréciables
De plus l'acces à pied en 10 mn dans le centre de Porto Vecchio est très pratique
Martine est à l ecoute tout en étant très discrète
