Location is perfect, under 10 minutes from the train station and then a lift takes you directly to the apartment. A lovely view, you can see Matterhorn from the front porch. The hotel where you collect the keys has excellent and very knowledgeable staff. A well-equipped kitchenette. I enjoyed my stay.

I love that we have our own toilet and bath. Although it’s located uphill, you will be rewarded with a nice view of the matterhorn.
I hope they offer free wifi and a microwave for heating food.

It was clean and comfortable and quiet. Situated in a good location close to all the things I needed. Everything was perfect.

The viev from just outside the building
No cooking utensils, plates, or cutlery. Pathetic for an appartment that has a cooker, fridge and kettle. The whole point of booking an apartment is to self-cater. Otherwise i would book a hotel.
Nowhere to hang clothes. Minimal drawer or cupboard space
Picking up keys from another location [what's wrong with a lock box?]
No aircon.
No instructions for rubbish disposal or recycling
No wifi
No TV
