Nice, clean, lovely room and big bathroom.

Bed was hard and pillows not great. Had a kitchen but not equipped with any dishes or utensils just a kettle and cups. Didn’t realize had to pick up keys at different property until after climbed hill to get there.

Good location. Close to the center. Calm and nice view on the Matterhorn when arriving.

It’s very simple, (single bed, shower, soap, towel, kettle, no view) but I guess but I guess it is what you can expect for the cost in Zermatt

No cooking utensils, plates, or cutlery. Pathetic for an appartment that has a cooker, fridge and kettle. The whole point of booking an apartment is to self-cater. Otherwise i would book a hotel. Nowhere to hang clothes. Minimal drawer or cupboard space Picking up keys from another location [what's wrong with a lock box?] No aircon. No instructions for rubbish disposal or recycling No wifi No TV
