About this house rental

Enjoy our cozy house, located in Beacon, a small holiday park in Scharendijke. Our house is within walking distance of the North Sea beaches, the Grevelingenmeer, the village and the Brouwers, one of the most beautiful spots of the Netherlands sports. An excellent base for numerous activities such as sailing, wind / kite surfing and diving, or to relax on the North Sea beach.

Our detached, cozy house sits on a large plot of land (over 800m2), completely surrounded by greenery. On-site parking is available is enough to put two cars with ease. There are also several places in the park large playing fields on site, one located in front of our house.
The large garden offers privacy. There is a generous terrace with garden table and sun all day.
The house itself has a surprisingly playful and open-plan architecture and is very light through the many glass.
On the ground floor are the well-equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, 4-burner stove and microwave / oven, a dining area, a spacious sitting area with fireplace, in addition to the master-bedroom and modern bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. On the upper floor there is a sitting area with sofa bed and Fatboys to watch TV and a second bedroom with double bed.
Barbecue available. PETS allowed!
NO SMOKING !!!

About this house rental

Enjoy our cozy house, located in Beacon, a small holiday park in Scharendijke. Our house is within walking distance of the North Sea beaches, the Grevelingenmeer, the village and the Brouwers, one of the most beautiful spots of the Netherlands sports. An excellent base for numerous activities such as sailing, wind / kite surfing and diving, or to relax on the North Sea beach.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und das Grundstück sehr schön. Lieblingsort war die Hängematte.

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage in einem kleinen Hauspark. Der Park ist sehr gepflegt und der Sandstrand ist mit dem Rad nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Auch nach Renesse ist es mit Rad nur 5 km entfernt. Das Haus hat uns positiv überrascht, sauber und gepflegt mit einem schönen Außengelände. Wir waren schon in anderen Wohnparks, wo es unangenehm gerochen hatte. Auch die Betten waren gut und ohne Gerüche. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war auch sehr angenehm. Wir können das Haus sehr weiterempfehlen und würden auch hier wieder Urlaub machen wollen.

Tolles Haus toller nicht einsehbarer Garten

Das Haus ist klasse und hat eine interessante Raumaufteilung (Wohnzimmer offen bis unter das Dach). Über sehr steile Wendeltreppe geht es auf die Empore. Das Haus wurde sehr gut renoviert. Die Renovierungen im Außenbereich sind sehr schön und fast abgeschlossen. Der Park ist ca. 40 Jahre alt und so toll eingewachsen, dass man ihn als Park gar nicht wahrnimmt. Scharendijke selbst ist sehr klein, hat aber eine Handvoll netter Restaurants und einen sehr großen PLUS Markt in dem man alles bekommt. Herrliches Haus, herrlicher großer Garten Fußentfernung zum tollen Strand. Sehr ruhige Lage ohne Flugzeuge und Autolärm.

Gute Lage! Wunderschöner Sandstrand in ca. 500m Entfernung. Im Haus ist alles enthalten was eine Familie zum täglichen Leben benötigt. Supermarkt im Ort wo alles benötige zu finden ist. Wir, Familie mit 2 Jungs (6 & 2) würden sofort wieder dort Urlaub machen!

We zijn tien dagen in dit vakantiehuis geweest. Het is gelegen in een rustig park, en de tuin is echt fantastisch. De inrichting van het huis is modern, de keuken is lekker groot en WiFi doet het prima. En dat is wel eens anders in een vakantiehuis. Kortom: een prima locatie!

Ein gemütliches Ferienhaus in einer ruhigen Lage. Bis zu einem kleinen Strand sind es ungefähr 500 m, bis zu den großen Stränden an der Nordsee zwischen 3 und 10 km. Ideale Fahrradgegend, wie ganz NL. Herzliches Dankleschön an Marianne für reibungslosen Checkin und Checkout. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

In unserer schönen Wohnung, die sehr schön eingerichtet war und eine super Lage hat und einen großartigen Garten hat, haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt sogar einen Grill. Leider haben wir zu Beginn putzen müssen, da vor allem die Küche sehr verstaubt und einzelne Geschirrteile klebrig waren. Insgesamt aber sehr weiterzuempfehlen!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt über den Jahreswechsel und wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist optimal für kleine Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Das Haus ist komfortabel ausgestattet - in kalten Nächten kann es allerdings im Wohnraum etwas zugig werden. Gerne wieder im Sommer :-)
