Village Heights Resort

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **A place that holds a very special place in our hearts!** This is much more than just a hotel for us. We have been coming back almost every year since 2018, when we got married, and it has become part of our anniversary tradition. We even celebrated our pre-wedding party here, so returning always brings back wonderful memories. What amazes us, however, is that despite knowing the hotel so well, **every year it somehow manages to exceed our expectations and surprise us all over again. It simply keeps getting better and better!** Everything about our stay was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Our room was spacious and beautiful, with a lovely view, and the Cretan breakfast was absolutely outstanding — authentic, delicious, and one of the highlights of our stay. But what truly makes this hotel special is its people. The entire team combines professionalism with genuine warmth and hospitality. You never feel like just another guest; you feel truly looked after. A special mention must go to the hotel manager, who was remarkably approachable, kind and helpful, and genuinely interested in making sure that we were enjoying every moment of our stay. This personal attention makes an enormous difference and reflects the wonderful atmosphere of the entire hotel. After all these years and so many visits, we can confidently say that this hotel has never disappointed us. Quite the opposite: **each time we return, we discover another reason to love it.** For us, it is now part of our story and a place associated with some of our happiest memories. We cannot recommend it highly enough and, of course, we will be back again — as we have been doing for years! **Thank you to the entire team for making our anniversary stay so special once again. Everything was wonderful, there was nothing we didn't like!

Spacious apartment and balcony, close to all the amenities. Free shuttles to the town and beach, excellent service from the staff. Lovely kids club and high quality food

Some small details in the property are slightly older, but manageable

The staff were genuinely friendly, attentive, and incredibly efficient, always smiling and happy to help. The resort itself is beautiful, with lush, well-maintained gardens that make it feel like a true oasis. The pools are fantastic, with plenty of space to relax, and the private shuttle to the beach is a great touch that makes everything so easy. The food was outstanding—excellent quality, lots of variety, and every meal was delicious.

There really wasn’t anything that would bring be back there again. The place is way too large, took a long time to go everywhere

The u don’t serve coffee on the morning unless you pay for it. They get you for everything , quality of odd is so so… buffet was cold in a lot of dishes
