Die Lage und die Aussicht war sehr schön. Besonders Lautenthal ist ein schönes Harz Dorf.

Vieles. Es steht nirgendwo geschrieben das man zum Haus erstmal von der Straße 50 Stufen gehen muss. Mit der Treppe im Haus sind es 82 Stufen. Ich denke das sollte man schon in der Beschreibung stehen. Es gibt auch ältere Menschen mit Taschen. Das Treppenhaus richt so als ob 10 Jahre dort niemand gewohnt hat. Spinnengewebe schon im Treppenhaus ab unten an den Briefkästen. Allerdings ist für das Treppenhaus ja nicht der Vermieter zuständig. Zur Wohnung. Vollausgestattet ? Küche nur Tassimo Kaffemaschine, kein Eierkocher o.k., aber nicht einmal Eierbecher. 2 Schlfzimmer ? Schlafsofa im offenen Raum. Bedienungsanleitung Fernseher ? Für 4 Personen und nur 3 Stühle am Esstisch ? Im Bad keine Steckdose. Keine Uhr, Kein Radio in der Wohnung. Matratzen sehr weich. Eigentlich Schade. Wie gesagt das ist alles meine persönliche Einschätzung.
