מיקום נפלא. הוילה יפיפיה מעוצבת יפה ומאובזרת באופן מלא. כולל שולחן אוכל גדול שהספיק לתשעה אנשים לשבת ולאכול יחד, מטבח מאובזר לחלוטין וחצר יפיפיה ונוחה
התארחנו 9 אנשים (שתי משפחות) בוילה יש שני חדרי רחצה אבל אחד מהם ללא דלת פתוח לחדר השינה מה שמגביל את היכולת להשתמש בו כשמתארחים שם יותר ממשפחה אחת. כמו כן דוד החשמל לא פעל ולא תמיד הספיקו מים חמים למקלחות של כולם בלי יכולת לחמם מים בשעות החשיכה ללא דוד שמש
