I liked that it was right in front of the SM Mall, and some other restaurants and laundry store nearby the area.

Superb Location
- Just across SM Cebu. We took the bus from Mactan Airport for ₱50 and did a short walk to the property
- Near CNT lechon (a must try!)
- Near Pier 1 (Grab ride away) for taking ferry to other islands
- Sheets and towels are clean
Maybe the communication with the host. We did not know how to check-in, when it was fairly easy (just go straight to the condo front desk and provide the room number).
- Slightly older building, so there are some signs (and smell).. but all in all, still tolerable
- Surprised with a few roaches inside the shower area
- Wifi
