Unit 32, Island Retreat Resort

We liked how close the beach was and how easy it was to access, through a handicap accessible boardwalk. We liked how comfortable the bed was . We have 3 kids ,2 girls and a boy we loved that the unit had games and especially the Lego basket.. One more thing I didn't not have to pack . Thank you

We did not appreciate that. We were not notified∆∆ that we were on the second floor unfortunately we were traveling with two elderly parents (65&74) it's was difficulty climbing up the stairs every time we needed to go somewhere or get something out of our vehicles. I feel that this was very deceiving. It was not in any of the descriptions that it was on the second floor.. It makes vacation for us difficult , and painful for my Parents who are very sore and achy. And when asked to be moved before we checked in , we could not be accommodated or have our money returned to us so that way we can rent something else easily accessible.. We also did not like that. We had to check in later and then was not allowed to check out late even after we changed our minds.. Also the bath tubs need none sleep mat in them ,my parents(68 &74) had a hard time taking showers. Very disappointed.

Room was very clean and organized. Also no bugs at all!
