Loved the location - so convenient! Facility was really clean and liked my little space. Staff was really nice and helpful.

The pods were very comfortable and convenient. Pillow was comfortable and it was clean.

The headphones were a bit faulty but i was able to use them if i didn't move around. The showers were a little unclean but not that bad. Was pretty hood for shared showers.

A layover never was so comfortable!

Easy to find, easier to check and have a good night's rest during a long layover. They also have showers, free water, toothbrush, TV, and wifi in the pod. And you can just take the escalator to the third floor for all of your dining / shopping needs.

Convenient, clean. I’ve stayed in similar in Thailand but this one was better as the toilets/ showers were on site. Staff very helpful. Quiet and relatively easy to find.

Great concept but completely fails in the delivery

Great concept, comfortable, easy to get to in the airport

Noisy! Could not sleep or relax between people talking, calling each other, doors banging, hair dryers. These need to be much better soundproofed and quiet zones implemented. Should also have soft closers added to the doors.

Lovely and easy stay at the airport

Very clean beds and communal bathroom areas. I liked how they give you a towel / toothbrush in case you get stuck on a layover without your things! It wasn’t as noisy as other reviewers have commented. You can also change the amount of ventilation in the pod which makes it cooler/warmer. Close to the arrival section and very easy to check in.

Staff didnt explain anything about the motel it was my first time ysing it I was alone it was late at night and I felt scared. Staff didnt seem to care and assumed I knew everything about the place. Didnt tell me how to use the room until I went back out and asked still only gave me minimal instruction. Didnt tell me about lockers showers nothing. Very very poor service

Short overnight stay after late flight.

We had to stay over at the airport as we had a late flight and a ferry the next day only. This was the perfect place for a 5 hour sleep. We had lockers to store our bags, water bottles in the pods and clean linen.

The blue blanket didn't seem clean as it had someone else's hair on it. I used it anyway. One locker didn't lock. Luckily, we did not need every locker.

Always consider if need be

Due to a domestic delay we missed our international flights. It gave the 5 of us the opportunity to have a short layover night/morning in comfort close to the airport at a very reasonable price.

It was a little noisy at some periods but that is to be expected- most people were considerate of their surroundings and the others in the pods

Very close to international arrivals, perfect place to rest before a connection.

Beds are not the most comfortable. All the pods are in the same very big room, so it can get loud and people arrive at any time of the night so could interrupt your sleep if you're a light sleeper.

Handy and private room. Clean but a liittle noisy.

Great little pods, reasonable locker size for storage. Clean, convenient, and fairly priced. A couple of nice touches were provided in the form of a bottle of water, toothbrush and toothpaste. Overall, it is a reasonably pleasant place to stay. Super convenient location right at the airport entrance.

The pod storage is quite limited due to the small nature of the pods, and there wasn't much room outside the pod to organise items. I wouldn't recommend these if you need a bit of space or are claustrophobic. The lockers provided were in their own area rather than being handy next to the pods. The pods could do with a bit more sound insulation as people were up at all hours making noise (I'm a reasonably heavy sleeper, was quite tired from jetlag and layovers, and still woke up a few times wearing foam earplugs). The showers could use a couple more hooks per shower.

Great value, comfortable capsule hotel suitable for a brief nap

Great spot to catch a nap before a flight or before check-in. I stayed once while arriving to Bali, as my check-in time wasn't until 3pm. Then I stayed again on my way out, as my checkout was 12pm and my flight wasn't until 7pm. Little capsules with a bed, comfortable lighting. Some people might find the beds a little hard, but it's just fine for a few hours. There's a USB charge port on the wall so you can plug in your phone (not a fast charger, but it does charge). One thing I was very happy about given my experience with other capsule hotels was the storage. Your "room key" also gets you into a locker, which had enough space for a carry-on and my backpack. They also include a towel and toothbrush/paste in the locker. It was perfect to get refreshed before the long flight that evening! The area in the airport was also surprisingly quiet. Very little sound from the outside made it in.

It is a capsule, and they are stacked. So obviously if you have a noisy neighbor or someone is walking by, you're going to hear them. I didn't have any issues during my stay, but just have reasonable expectations.

Ideal for short stay or overnight

This was ideal as a stop off place at the airport. Surprisingly comfortable and private, you sleep in a pod which includes all you need ie air con, charger, TV Facilities for washing were clean, plenty of hot water. Staff were friendly and helpful. Near cafes and eating places in the airport.

Understandably there’s a lot of comings and goings, I’d recommend ear plugs
