Departamento muy amplio y cómodo, volvería sin dudarlo.

Ubicación inmejorable, entre la playa y la Lagoa de Ipanema , barrio tranquilo y residencial pero con muchísimas opciones gastronómicas: gourmet y algunas opciones un poco mas económicas también ( en el radio de 3-4 cuadras) Se puede ir caminando tranquilamente a cenar

Location and space. Nice ‘loft’ look.

Very noisy. Loud street noises during the night and into the morning every night of our stay. Very noisy water pump (every time the water is used). Kitchen utensils (pans and accessories) very old, looked dirty. Same for the cooktop. Missing door in the kitchen cabinet. Main suite shower heads need cleaning, water flowing thin and in sharp angles. Towels were stiff and smelling very bad, after request, new decent ones were provided. Had problems with the water supply, it was solved after about three hours. Only one street acess door key provided, real hassle having to always plan with partner where each would be to be able to access the building.
