Absolutely everything, from the moment of my arrival everything I needed was laid out for me and was just there at my expense.

The property was well furnished with a very comfortable bed. The jacuzzi was perfectly working. The location was close to viewpoints and the rose factory.
The kitchenware was not properly cleaned and the sofa was dusty.

the water wasn’t hot and when we informed the stuff they told us to change the gas (we changed it twice)
the way the furniture was placed in the room, didn’t allow people with excessive weight or disabled people to enter the bathroom.
they told us where to park but when we did somebody came and told us that it was a private parking so we are not allowed to park there,they informed us that they have the same issue with everybody that comes to stay at the apartment and when they talked with the staff nothing changed.there was a fireplace but not enough equipment to open it.
it wasn’t clean enough.
