Property is very good and clean
Reception staff are ver helpful
F&B staff are very rude , I had a situation there with the one if the buffet staff and escalated to the F&B manager named Mr.Saed , the guy came with very aggressive attitude and very tough way in solving problems he doesn’t know anything about customer satisfaction and even handling !

The hotel is very basic. I was satisfied as i stayed at a good rate. But i wouldnt stay with today’s rate as its overpriced for the facilities and the location of the hotel. In summary its an ok hotel, for a friendly budget, if the rate is too high better look somewhere else.
The ac in the room as very old and a bit noisy. Also the queen bed was 2 single beds attached.

They have the best beach and staff and great village around the hotel
The furniture was too old and the AC was super noisy and needs maintenance
