Our stay at Petra Moon Hotel was excellent. We arrived quite late from Amman, but from the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful.
The hotel has a fantastic location, very close to Petra, with beautiful views towards the archaeological site. We especially enjoyed dinner at the rooftop restaurant, where we could admire the view over Petra while having a wonderful meal.â
Special thanks to Ismail, who took exceptional care of us during dinner and made the experience even more enjoyable.
Breakfast was also excellent, individually served with great attention, care, and kindness. Overall, a wonderful hotel with excellent service, a perfect location, and a very welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!

The location was excellent and close to everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was wonderful.
Everything was great overall. However, the Wi-Fi connection was a bit slow at times, and I wish the breakfast menu had a few more options.

Close to Petra Gate. Super staff great food.
After 10 hour trek to top of mountains had to change rooms .. not happy Jan !! No beer after that trek !!
