Highly recommended!

Very accomodating as I asked for a lower floor room for disability reasons, and we were given a first floor room. Room very clean and tidy. Fittings and bathroom modern and great shower. Staff very friendly and helpful especially as we were later arriving than expected due to delayed disembarkation at Genoa. Breakfast was lovely.

A kettle/ tea and coffee making facilities would have been much appreciated Couldn't connect to WiFi Charged €7 for parking when hotel information leaflet said free if you leave before 10am.

Exceptional

A perfect place to relax and forget about everything. Very nice, comfortable and extremely clean room. Excellent location. To reach the sea you just have to cross the road. Would thoroughly recommend this lovely hotel by the sea. The staff are helpful and friendly. Celle is absolutely beautiful. The hotel is short walk away from centre. An excellent value for money and will definitely go back!

Good location, clean and comfortable room, kind and helpful staff.

We were in transit, so just stopped for one night; the location was very good, close to the highway, next to the seaside. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff is kind and helpful. We had a very good dinner in a restaurant nearby (Bar Focacceria I Giascia), suggested by the staff.

A narrow street led to the parking, it was a bit difficult to get there, as we were driving a van, which is probably not an issue for the majority of the travelers

Good placement for beach-style holidays, not that comfortable for staying indoors.

The location of the hotel is a bit far from the train station, but very close to one of the main beaches in Celle. The beach (Spiaggia Piani) is mostly private beach, but offers also a public space on its northern part (i.e., you have to walk along the sea for 10 minutes to reach it). The room was cleaned every day, equipped with fresh towels and complementary toiletries. The personal could speak reasonably well English. The bed was very comfortable for sleeping and resting.

The room was quite small even for one person. The AC was central-operated without any control in the room. The main window of the room led directly (20 cm difference in height) to the terrace, which made its opening unsettling and not comfortable. The overall equipment of the room seemed much like re-used furniture from several different places.

7 nights of relaxing vacation

Customer service We stayed in the hotel for 7 nights. The staff are amazing in this hotel. We only got premium customer service. Everything is well-organized, the hotel is always clean, and when we needed an electric fan close to midnight, we got it right away. Parking space is also spacious. We had a room with an ocean view so it was perfect. They also had a sundeck so that's where we hang out at night. The hotel has a bar so you can get drinks. Hotel location The hotel is well-located. It is close to various 'bagni', restaurants, bars, and shops. We had a relaxing stay in Celle Ligure because everything is accessible from the hotel. Hotel restaurant The hotel has a restaurant which is situated around 300 meters from the hotel. We were there almost every night and the food is amazing and the prices are reasonable! The staff were also very nice. We tried other restaurants but we find that we get more value for our money in the hotel's restaurant. Their seafood dishes and desserts are a must!

Exceptional

This hotel is a fantastic place for a seaside vacation. It is located so as to grant you the access to all necessary amenities : supermarket, grossery store, coffee shops, beaches including a free one, which is very clean and provided with the shower. The staff is very thoughtful. I had a room which faced an inside yard and it was very quiet. The windows are sound insulated. The bed is comfortable. There is a fridge in a room which for me was very important. It was also very handy to have a terrace for sunbathing as when I had to work I stayed there.

Hotel je na odlični lokaciji,blizu plaže,restavracij in trgovin.Osebje je zelo prijazno.Soba je bila velika in čista. Hotel ima svoje notranje varno parkirišče za zaprtimi vrati,kjer sem parkiral svoje motorno kolo.

Če že moraš dodatno plačat parkiranje na hotelskem parkirišču,bi lahko bila nižja cena za motorna kolesa.

Il bagno era minuscolo e senza neanche un appendino per gli asciugamani (che trovi sul letto appoggiati sul copriletto- ho ancora i brividi- che non sarà stato lavato da almeno un anno) Il phon del 15-18 con il tubo di plastica che va tenuto in alto per farlo accendere (già questo sarebbe scomodo) che dopo un po’ che lo usi diventa letteralmente rovente (e devi smettere di usarlo o coprirlo con un asciugamano per riuscire a tenerlo in mano) Il lavandino deve essere parzialmente otturato perché nel tempo che mi sono lavata i denti si è riempito d’acqua, ma non l’avevo notato quando ho lavato le mani. Infine porta a soffietto di plastica che neanche si chiude completamente Anche la stanza, seppur spaziosa, non era per nulla funzionale: non ci sono punti di appoggio a parte una scrivania minuscola senza neanche una sedia
