Beautiful stay and a perfect way to experience Santorini

Amazing place with the best view of caldera and it’s surroundings. It’s very spacious. The room was very comfortable to stay in. We used the pool in the afternoon and it was not crowded. The area around the pool was kept nicely and the pool is of great size. The staff were all super nice and pleasant. We were very happy with the decision to choose this place. It’s also located right outside of the Oia center and the walk there is just about 5-7 minutes and the stairs going up and down are manageable.

Virtually none. Maybe just there is no curtain in the shower so the water may splash a bit out of it but it’s a large size shower.

A perfect stay on the caldera in Santorini! Great location, great staff and a beautiful room!

Perfect location walking distance from centre of Oia but far enough away from the crowds. Breakfast was generous serves, the service from the staff was amazing. The view over the caldera was awesome and the jacuzzi was the cherry on top of our stay!

Perfect!

We had the most incredible time at Thirea! Our host was the most helpful, kind and welcoming presence. She gave us excellent recommendations and organised bookings for them, as well as transport. We even got a free upgrade and the room and heated pool that came with the room was perfect. The breakfast was simply stunning and some of the best food we’ve had on the trip! Not to mention the view, which must be the best in Santorini.

Quiet luxury in Oia

Excellent position, close enough to where the action is but situated just far enough for it to be peaceful away from the throngs of tourists. We were upgraded to a suite which was cliffside with uninterrupted views and an outdoor jacuzzi. Just spectacular. This place is squeaky clean and staff were all wonderful. The breakfast was substantial and served on the terrace of our suite. This is a great place to relax and situated perfectly in Oia - the room was so nice, we were really quite content to chill out there with wine and charcuterie that we bought from nearby shops. I would also recommend using their own transfer service as it’s a bit tricky to find on your own. Note there are about 30 steps down to the accommodation, but they do have a porter to help with your bags if you use their transfer service. Can’t speak highly enough of this place and staff are wonderful. Really a perfect stay.

The property was more than I hoped for. We loved the private day beds, the view from our private terrace, the beautiful room, the private hot tub with view, the mini kitchen, the location, the use of the pool, the host who met us and helped us with transportation, and the gentleman who carried our bags.

EXCEEDED ALL EXPECTATIONS

Absolutely incredible! There are so many places to stay in Santorini, and the choices can be overwhelming, but you will not regret booking Thirea. The host, Irini was available for every single question we had, including organizing transportation to and from the hotel, restaurant recommendations, etc. She met us right where our taxi dropped us off and personally showed us to our room. She was also available to book several different excursions with the top, reputable companies on the island. Absolutely exceptional. We felt like we were the only ones at the hotel because of how well we were treated. The location is also perfect. You can watch the sunset from your room, and are located a few steps away from the public walkway into Oia. You are very close to the main part of Oia, but far enough away that you don’t hear any noise in the evenings. It is so peaceful and quiet that we opted to pick up wine from the nearby market and spend the evenings in our room after dinner. Bottom line, BOOK THIS PLACE.

Excellent place

Everyone one is really nice. From the driver that picked us up, the guy who helped us carry our luggage, the lady who brings breakfast and then Irene who helped us with our excursion. This is our first time in Greece and I am so happy I picked this place. It’s very clean and close to all the best spots in Oia. I definitely recommend this place.

Amazing view an incredible experience

We just returned back from our holiday in the Cyclades and Thirea suites was the last place we stayed. A beautiful way to end an amazing trip. The view is beyond gorgeous. I’ve always wanted to stay in the cave houses and it did not disappoint. I could just sit there all day watching the view. The cave houses have everything you need, are quiet, peaceful, cool and comfortable even in the heat of summer. There are some kitchen supplies and a supermarket a few minutes walk from the property if you would like to cook something. However there are many amazing restaurants nearby to choose from as well.

The only comment was that there were problems with the phone connecting you to the reception and the tv didn’t work ( all channels deprogrammed). Although who wants to watch tv in such a beautiful place. At the time there were problems with internet as well but this had something to do with the hotel being hacked we were told. They were not to blame for this.

Resident in Heaven

-An extraordinary view over the caldera, directly in front, -on the left you will be able to follow Imerovigli and on the right, the whole coast from Oua, to the old castle. -The pick-up from the taxi was very easy, in fact I was expected by the a very nice lady from the reception and by a gentleman who helped me with the luggage. The lady who did the cleaning, kind as well. - Located in the quiet part of Oia, you will feel like a resident of Heaven🤗 -Above the room is a kind of deck on we could enjoy the sun on the canopy or watch the sunset and enjoy the whole view. - very ok breakfast, and the fridge stocked with yogurt, plain water and fresh oranges. - utsensils for making fresh coffee at the well-equipped kitchenette. - Good wi-fi, included în the upper deck -Jacuzzi with the view over caldera, great for relaxing

Great view, very good location, definitely worth it

The view from the Caldeira is great, is not in the middle of the main town, is a little bit more left, but still you have a good view of the Caldeira eather way, the balcony has a good view, is near from an a very nice restaurant for breakfast and takes 20minutes (if not busy in the road) walk until the end of the Caldeira, near from a small local market where you can buy everything you need to enjoy the day in your balcony.

La ubicación con vistas al mar es increíble. El desayuno a la carta es excelente. Que tenga pileta lo hace perfecto. Al llegar de noche, nos recibieron de forma totalmente personalizada y con una calidez muy destacable!

El wifi no tenía buen alcance hacia adentro de la habitación, había una pequeña pérdida de agua en el baño y lo excelente del balcón por momentos se veía opacado por malos olores.
