About this villa rental

Villa Paradis is totally private, with stunning panoramic views throughout. Approached through electric gates, the villa has been refurbished to the highest of standards. All rooms are of a good size, the bedrooms being of a pretty provencal style, and are air-conditioned, whilst the living/dining area is of a contemporary style. The kitchen is fully equipped with all white appliances, including an American fridge/freezer.
There is a very large terrace which can be accessed via the sitting room, main bedroom, or conservatory. This terrace has a large garden table & chairs for 6, with a garden umbrella. Alternatively there is an electric awning that covers the whole terrace, should shade be required.
Set in mature gardens, the pool is 10m x 5m and deep enough for the most exuberant of divers. There are plenty of quiet areas in the garden or around the pool for sunbathing.
Full fibre internet.

Location: Helicopter transfers are available from Nice Airport landing @ Grimaud Heliport (2km away). There is also a local airport for private aircraft at La Mole (10km).
Private airport transfers can be arranged upon request.

We would have extended our stay and we’d love to go back soon!! What more can I say? Very welcoming owner and lovely house to stay in. With everything you could want and great pool and terrace! Great location with fantastic views. We quickly felt very at home and relaxed which was exactly what we wanted. Thoroughly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. It was accurate to the description. The kitchen facilities were great. We bought wonderful produce from markets and local supermarkets and cooked most nights. The outside eating area was perfect with amazing views of Grimaud. The pool and pool area was lovely . Our 3 boys spent most of their time swimming and playing in the big and deep pool. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was super to keep us cool at night and the beds were really comfy. We also visited surrounding picturesque villages and drove to the lovely beaches which were only a drive away. Fiona herself as a host was super helpful, efficient and responded very quickly . We definitely would recommend and visit again in the future.

We really enjoyed the area. The pool was lovely. However although the centre of the village is approx 1 km you do need a car. The road from the villa to the village is very busy, uphill and no footpath. The villa is of a traditional nature. It’s well equipped. The master bedroom and en-suite was so comfortable and the air conditioning was a godsend! Thank you for a lovely holiday.

The house is lovely and had everything we needed. Meals on the terrace with the gorgeous view were really special and the pool was huge and well cared for. We loved everything about this house and hope to be able to return one day.

We had a wonderful and relaxing time. The location is great, on a hill next to Grimaud village (15min walk, 3min drive). The villa is beautiful and well equipped. Easy checkin and communication with owners.

We truly enjoyed our stay which we booked last minute after our trip to Greece was cancelled. We never thought anything would remedy our disappointment but this stay in Grimaud definitively did. The house is so well kept and beautifully decorated it has everything you can possibly need of. The pool is just perfect size and temperature and the view from the terrace... is unforgettable! We just wish we could have booked an extra week so we will definitively be back! Thank you!

We (family of four) had a fabulous stay at this lovely villa in Grimaud (August 2019). The villa is beautiful (as depicted online). The house is in a great location - walking distance to Grimaud and a short drive to St. Tropez and a lot of other attractions in the area. The terrace, the pool and the AC in the bedrooms make this a wonderful place for vacations even during very hot summer days.

We arrived in Grimaud to find that the home we had reserved was a lot. We reached out to Fiona, and she came through for us on very short notice, allowing us to switch to her home. The house is nice. It is well-located with great views. We could walk into Grimaud, which was lovely with great restaurants. The pool was nice, as well.

We were lucky to book this villa at the last minute and were delighted to find that it really was as special as suggested on the website. It is in an ideal location, within walking distance of picturesque Grimaud, meaning an easy walk to the boulangerie(open on Sundays during the summer) for baguettes in the morning and a pleasant stroll for dinner at night. It is spotlessly clean and very well furnished with large comfortable beds, lots of towels and a well equipped kitchen. The boys enjoyed the added bonus of Wi-Fi, sky TV and in their opinion, the best pool ever due to its size and depth. We enjoyed visits to St Tropez, Port Grimaud and Ramatuelle but welcomed returning to the secluded, private comfort of this villa.

We all had a fantastic week staying here, the villa and surrounding areas are beautiful. We enjoyed endless bbq's and evenings around the pool and on the terrace. A fabulous place to stay absolutely faultless, couldn't have asked for more (apart from a bit longer!!)

The Villa was perfect and just what we were looking for. We lived on on the terrace made all the more pleasant by the electronic awning. The view from the villa is grand and we never tired of just looking out on Grimaud, the castle ruins and St. Tropez in the distance. The villa is well appointed and the lovely pressed sheets on the beds a total luxury. Finally, the village of Grimaud is charming. We joked that it must have been created by Disney it is so perfect. My husband is already asking when we can go back.

The villa exceeded my expectations. There were six adults in our group -- plenty of space for dining and relaxing -- privacy when one wanted it. Grimaud turned out to be a pleasant surprise -- charming scenery, several good restaurants, and convenient shopping for groceries etc. As for "day trips", Port Grimaud, Sainte Maxime, and Sainte Tropez are close and worth a visit -- Cannes was a little more ambitious. The roads in the area are narrow, winding, and have no shoulders -- drive with care, particularly in Grimaud. A possible problem for "older folk" -- access to the two downstairs bedrooms is via a rather steep stairway. All in all, we had a wonderful ten days at Villa Paradis.

2014 will be our third year at Paradis. Three well appointed ensuit bedrooms with aircon. The large dining room and lounge has good reception for WiFi and TV . Large delightful pool in attractive grounds. Stunning views towards St Tropez and Grimaud. We dine alfresco beneath a sun canopy. Our days are spent walking in the hills around La Garde Freinet or the amazing coastal footpaths. Beaches are quiet out of season(best at Gigaro Plage/Port Grimaud). Try lunch at La Plonche in the old quarter St Tropez and go very early to St Tropez at any time of season or by boat from Port Grimaud . St Tropez market days are very busy but worthwhile. Take plenty of books if you can for quiet /rest days. Such a thrill and privilege to stay here.

My family and I have just returned from two fabulous weeks at Villa Paradis. We booked on the basis of the excellent reviews previous renters had posted, and were not disappointed. The house is in a beautiful location, with amazing views towards Grimaud and the castle from the terrace. It was an easy 10 min drive to Port Grimaud for the regular boat to St Tropez, avoiding the traffic and arriving in style! It is the perfect location, near the bustle of the coast, but peaceful and relaxing at the house. The village of Grimaud is delightful and 5 mins away for the morning croissants. The interior of the house is lovely, and is very well equipped, and the air conditioned bedrooms were a real bonus in the heat of July. The owner was very helpful, answering queries promptly and providing lots of useful information. The English speaking guardian met us when we arrived, and was also very thorough and helpful, offering babysitting and to provide catering if we wished. We have returned home with many fabulous memories of relaxing by the pool and enjoying meals and rosé on the terrace in the evenings. I really couldn't criticise the house at all, and we intend to return again next year for more of the same!

My girlfriends and I went out for a long weekend in May this year. The whole holiday was fanastic, the villa is just so pretty with amazing views and is completely equipped with everything you could wish for! We were close enough to St Tropez but also had a lovely evening in Grimaud which is very close and has some lovely restaurants. All the bedrooms are really good sizes with comfortable beds and good quality linen. There is plenty of space for entertaining inside and out, and the terrace really does have wonderful views across to St Tropez. We would all definitely go back, just going to have to wait for some more annual leave! Villa Paradis is a stunning place to stay and provides luxury accommodation. Furnished to a high standard and immaculately presented the villa offers breathtaking views. It has a gorgeous private pool with ample decking for sunbathing and relaxing outside. The main terrace provides a beautiful outside dining area with access down to the lower terrace via the established gardens to the super swimming pool. Each double bedroom is well equipped with en-suite and no detail has been missed. The villa is within easy walking and cycling distance of the charming medieval village of Grimaud which provides a wealth of excellent restaurants, shops and weekly market. Villa Paradis is only a short drive from St Tropez and Pamplone beach. We have returned on numerous occasions and always felt we have enjoyed a little piece of heaven in Villa Paradis- that unique mix of luxury and perfect relaxing ambience.

A truly beautiful villa in traditiona provencal style. Every little detail has been thought of and it has been decorated in exquisite style. Very spacious and clean.The new decking area is a real plus too. Location wise it was perfect with only a gentle stroll required to be in stunning Grimaud and then the hoo hah of St. Tropez an easy car ride away. Stunning stunning stunning - what's not to love about it - we shall definitely be back.

Ideal position with excellent views.Some of the fittings are in need of refurbishment and overall the villa seems a little tired bearing in mind the cost of a stay.Difficulties with hot water.comfortable seating for 6 and internet access were minor irritations but were overcome and we enjoyed our holiday

Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle au calme à l’abri du tourisme de masse. Le cadre et la vue de la maison sont à couper le souffle. La piscine est très grande et nous avons pu passer des heures dans l’eau. Le petit jardin à côté de la piscine permet également de jouer avec les enfants au ballon ou à la pétanque. Les soirées sur la terrasse en famille étaient également très agréables pour profiter de la vue. En bref, la maison se suffit à elle-même pour passer de bonnes vacances reposantes. Un point négatif sur la propreté en particulier de la cuisine qui n’est pas au niveau de standing du reste de la villa, mais cela n’altère pas l’impression exceptionnelle de la villa.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la propriété de Fiona. La maison est idéalement placée, avec une superbe vue sur Grimaud et le paysage environnant. Les chambres sont très spacieuses avec chacune sa salle de bain privative permettant de garder l'intimité nécessaire à chacun dans des vacances en groupe. La maison est parfaitement équipée et chaleureusement décorée. La piscine est également grande et très agréable et nous a permis de passer de super moments entre amis. Tout était parfait !

Avec sa très belle vue et sa belle piscine, la villa a ce qu'il faut pour passer quelques jours agréables. Entonnement, c'est le sentiment de sécurité qui m'a le plus étonné (tout est fait pour se sentir protégé contre toute intrusion). Le style intérieur est un peu "chargé", mais nous avons remédié à cela en mettant quelques décorations de côté, ce qui nous a permis de nous sentir un peu chez nous. Mis à part les moustiques (mais bon, c'est la même chose dans toute la région), le seul point un peu négatif est que certaines pièces du matériel de cuisine sont à remplacer (principalement les poêles). Pour le reste, rien à redire.
