Surrounded by greenery, Villa I 2 Leoni is a country house from the 1930s
The apartment for rent is the depandance.
On request we can add 2 large rooms for a supplement.
During the summer only weekly stays
The Villa is surrounded by the pine forest, the oak grove, the citrus grove and the vineyard. There is also a vegetable garden and a henhouse. .
The apartment is 65 square meters on the garden level with private entrance, a large living room with large fireplace with sofa bed and sofa bed, spacious kitchenette with dishwasher and large fridge, oven and microwave, double bedroom with direct access to the garden, bathroom with shower.
Ideal for 5 guests.

In the central body of the Villa there are 2 large additional rooms of 40 square meters with independent access from the garden, with mezzanine, 2 \ 4 beds, air conditioning, TV, private bathroom (for this option and for the price contact the owner)
The swimming pool 11 x 6 meters and a large solarium available to guests
Dogs are allowed without any problem.
Just 4 km from the center of Lecce, 20 km from the most beautiful beaches of Salento.
Day trips are organized on 10 meters sailboat
Our philosophy is to share with the guests the magic of Salento. We provide bikes, shuttle service to make you visit the most beautiful places and on request you can taste our typical cuisine.
For sportsmen, the owner is a federal sail and skipper instructor. On request we can organize sailing courses for adults and children on dinghies (optimist, laser, flying junior), make trips or mini cruises on our 40-foot sailing boat.
The estate is called The Two Lions because of the statues on the front steps by an artist grandfather. An important and pompous name that we like because it contrasts with the simplicity of the place.

The owner, Giuliana, was a joy. Always part of the solution, not part of the problem. The property was relaxing and interesting. Close to Lecce but outside the main city and thus no parking problems. The property is 5 minutes from two excellent restaurants: Gimmi and Malcandrino.

We spent a week outside Lecce, exploring the gorgeous area surrounding it. Cities, towns, beaches, churches--deliciousness! Our base at Villa 2 Lions was perfect for us. Quiet, still, relaxing...the birds were ecstatic and so were we. Giuliana and Giuseppe couldn't have been more helpful or generous. A delight all around!

As an older couple exploring Puglia for the first time, we wanted a tranquil retreat after driving to the different towns and beaches. The villa i 2 lions exceeded our expectations. The property was clean, comfortable and true to the on line pictures. It was actually larger than we anticipated. The pool was lovely. Our hosts could not have been kinder or more generous.

Our family spent 6 days in this beautiful place and loved it. The Villa has everything we needed. The large grounds had olive and citrus trees, lawns, a beautiful pool, and table tennis. It was a great base to travel by car to the many lovely spots of ‘the heel’ of Italy. The kids especially loved the resident kitten, and a special surprise from our wonderful host Giuliana. Highly recommend.
