It was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful
I was using a mobility scooter and the ramps were shut off in a morning after the cleaning and maintenance round. It wasn’t a problem per se but asked them to stop shutting them off.

We stayed at Blue Sea Alyssa Suite Hotel in Lanzarote and had a really lovely stay. I travelled with my daughter and we both enjoyed it.
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the hotel itself was kept clean throughout. The pool area was nice as well, with plenty of sunbeds available, so there was no stress trying to find a place to relax.
We were all inclusive and really enjoyed the food. There was enough choice for us and we always found something we liked. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better.
The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the beach, which was fine for us. If you want to explore more of Lanzarote, I would recommend hiring a car, but the reception staff can also help with taxis.
The only small downside was the WiFi, which was quite slow and could definitely be improved. Apart from that, we had a great stay

The food was overall good, with some BUTs (repetative, sometimes raw food…)
The bed was comfortable, but it was two individual beds put together and it always moved away…
Pool area is well kept.
Garden is beautiful.
Some staff was nice, some very unprofessional.
The breakfast was very repetative.
The dinner had some great food, but the freshly prepared FISH WAS STILL RAW two times during the one week stay!!
Waiters were sometimes very unprofessionel and took the plates what we would still finish.
It turned out that for half board guest, for dinner NO DRINKS IS INCLUDED, NOT EVEN TAP WATER.
Every evening there is live music until late in the evening (until about 21:00-22:30 at least) - our apartment was next to the bar area and it was VERY NOISY - we would have rested and slept but we couldn’t only until late.
The receptionist did not even ask how our stay was when leaving…
