+THE STAFF ( ALL OF THEM) THEY ARE THE REAL JEWELS OF THIS HOTEL.
( ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS TELL OR EMAIL THEM WHAT YOU WANT/NEED AND THEY DO THEIR BEST TO FULFILL IT. )
+SWIMMING POOL IS CLEAN
+THERES A KIWI VINE ( WITH SO MANY FRUITS)THAT HAS CREPT ON TO MANY BALCONIES EXCEPT OUR BALCONY... TOO BAD WE WEREN'T ABLE TO REACH FOR SOME KIWIS... ( IM SURE THE OWNERS WON'T MIND IT EVEN IF YOU PICK SOME FRUITS.)

Great location 2min from flower street yet very quiet area.Couple of super markets that work 24h.
Large room with fridge and good air conditioner,large balcony...pool was great to and never crowded.
Room was very dirt,the carpet was dirty and stained. When we arrived, one of the towels was completely stained and I tried to change it, but the older lady did not see a problem with it, yet at my insistence she changed the towel. The staff is quite uninterested and rude, they do not even want to they let you into the toilet in the lobby.There were a lot of reviews of people losing money from the room so be sure to use the safe (we had one for free). Considering it's one of the cheaper hotels I think I'd stay again
