Great location near the tram and walking distance to everything. The art museum across the street is cool. Clean and comfortable.

I'm not a big fan of these robotic-feeling places with no human interaction and not even any salt and pepper in the kitchen, you know? Kind of lifeless. Also there's a Forenom Services Apartments and a Forenom Aparthotel, I accidentally went to the wrong one first. The customer service people were very patient and helpful with me but it should perhaps be mentioned somewhere in the 10,000 emails that there's more than one Forenom. Also, 4pm is too late for check-in.

Forenom serviced apartment is one of my best.. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I loved the large windows and natural light, which made the space feel bright and welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped, and the location was peaceful and convenient. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos.

it was amazing experience for me. no need to passby to the counter for check in. no meet up with anyone. everything is online. worried if first timer and not so familiar with online businesses.

honestly, i'm not comfortable of the bed linens as its looks like not washed properly. feels itchy but good thing is they will replace with new one once you asked for.

Great location, shame about the apartment

We always try to stay in this apartment block when visiting Tampere as it’s so ideally located. The layout of the rooms, having a double and a small room with bunk beds, is ideal for a family of four.

Having stayed with Forenom at these apartments many times before, we were disappointed with the apartment this time. Our first apartment had a terrible smell from the drains, after a bit of back and forth on chat, we were able to move apartments (and customer services were fantastic). But the apartments are all looking a bit tired and could do with some maintenance as well as a thorough clean. Not sure I’d stay here again…

There was a small separate sleeping room for the children. They really liked it. The apartment had also a large balcony where you could have dinner.

Fully equipped apartment. Very quiet despite next to the street. Kitchen equipment is enabling to make all sorts of food. Enough room for 4-5 in our apartment. Nice surrounding and everything is in walking distance.

Only complaint: kitchen is fully equipped, but no salt or sugar. You cannot expect people to bring or buy their own salt and sugar and oil. So it is basically just heating the ready-made food from the shop.

Ei enää ikinä forenomiin aina jotain ongelmaa ja puutetta

Sijainti oli hyvä, ratikka ja bussipysäkit oli lähellä. Kadun äänet ei kuuluneet sisälle.

Ongelma toisensa jälkeen tuli majoittumisen aikana. Ensimmäisenä iltana suurin ongelma oli suihku miten saada vesi tulemaan suihkuosasta kun hana ei ollut normi suomessa käytetty hanamalli. Suihkussa piti vääntää vettä päästävä osa seinään päin jotta vesi tuli suihkusta, no suihkuletku sitten oli rikki myös, se ruiski vettä minne sattuu. Miten siivoja ei ole huomannut tätä? Ilmoitin asiasta seuraavana päivänä sähköisesti. Seuraavana päivänä huomattiin kun aloimme täyttää tiskikonetta että edellisen majoittujan tiskit olivat siellä, kosteus ja tunkkainen haju tuli vastaan, joten jouduimme pesemään nekin astiat uudelleen. Miten siivooja ei tarkista tällaista? Kaiken lisäksi kun palasimme illalla majoitukseen haisi voimakas viemärinhajuasunnossa. Haju tuli suihkunkaivosta joka lisäksi vinkui ja puhalsi ilmaa samalla kaivosta. Soitimme forenomin asiakaspalveluun, mutta mitään ei tehty asialle koska oli myöhä. Eivätkä he ole pyynnöistä huomimatta olleet minuun yhteydessä kuin kerran soittamalla kun olin matkalla kotia ja pyysin että soittavat seuraavana päivänä tai laittavat sähköpostia. Ei ole kuulunut. En enään ikinä majoitu forenomilla. Muutenkin asunnossa varsinkin keittiössä oli pinttynyttä rasvatahraa jne. Päällepäin aiistin oloinen mutta totuus muuta.

Erilaiset lisäpalvelut eivät tahtoneet millään onnistua. Luvatut linkit eivät saapuneet sähköpostiin. Osa linkeistä eivät ensin toimineet. Jouduin soittamaan asiakaspalveluun monta kertaa. Itse huone oli karu. Rikkinäisiä laitteita. Wifi kytkeytyi, mutta ei toiminut. Käytävällä paljon (oksennus)läiskiä. Parin lisäpalvelun (autopaikka, aiennettu saapuminen klo 14) hinnan lisääminen majoitushintaan, nosti kokonaishinnan yli hotellihintojen.

A 101 kambaryje internetas visiškai neveikė, jų nurodyto wi-fi ID nepagavo nei vienas telefonas ir kompiuteris. Internetas buvo reikalingas darbui kompiuteriu, todėl rezervuojant apartamentus atsižvelgiau į tai, kad yra puikus belaidis wifi. Deja, jo visai nebuvo. „Netflix“ taip pat neveikė. Kai susisiekiau su klientų aptarnavimo tarnyba, jie pateikė kelis interneto ID, bet mūsų įrenginiai nieko panašaus nerado. Kai vėl su jais susisiekiau, buvau ignoruojama, problema nebuvo išspręsta. Gavau tik krūvą el. laiškų, kuriuose buvo primenama laiku išsikraustyti, išnešti šiukšles ir išplauti indus. A 204 kambaryje interneto taip pat nebuvo arba būdavo kartais labai silpnas.

Lattia, ruokapöytä tahmaiset. Astianpesukoneen käyttö tuotti ongelmia. Majoitus tarkoitettu jopa viidelle hengelle, tilassa kuitenkin vain sohva, jossa 3 henkeä voi istua. Ei sovellu rentoon viikonloppu oleiluun. Talon puolesta keittiössä ei edes suolaa perustarpeina .. Tyynyt ...:( Tulokäytävän kokolattiamatto melko vastenmielistä katteltawaa.

Centralt, modernt och praktiskt – men varmt på sommaren.

Mycket bra, moderna faciliteter. Bekvämt, t ex med stor balkong. Centralt läge. Parkeringsmöjligheter finns även på gatan (Forenoms egen parkering var fullbokad): gratis i 4 timmar eller hyfsat billigt med app.

Lägenheten vetter åt söder, vilket normalt sett är trevligt, men på sommaren (det var extrem värmebölja under vår vistelse) blir den väldigt varm. Det är också ganska störande trafik från gatan utanför.

1 astianpesukonetabletti, jolla olisi pitänyt pärjätä 4 vrk. Roskapusseja ei ollut enempää mitä oli jo valmiina sanoissa. Asunto oli todella kuuma. Patalappuja ei ollut lainkaan, piti kehitellä omat ratkaisut,että sai kuuman pellin uunista.

Tilava huoneisto erinomaisella sijainnilla. Mm. Särkänniemi ja keskustan palvelut käytännössä kävelymatkan päässä. Rauhallinen asunto, esim. liikenteen äänet eivät häirinneet ollenkaan. Hyvä majoitus perhelomalle.

Sänky oli hieman liian pehmeä. Sauna ei ollut kummoinen vaan tavanomainen kerrostalosauna. Plussaa kuitenkin siitä, että sauna löytyi huoneistosta.
