Just renovated and ideally located on the slopes of Meribel-Mottaret, ski-in /ski out, with easy access to the 3 Valleys, this duplex apartment is particularly suitable for large groups of family or friends as it is equipped for up to 12 people.
The duplex will seduce you with its cosy decor, its comprehensive equipment, as well as its ideal situation. The residence of Hameau du Mottaret in which it is located includes a bar with billiards and video games, two restaurants, a small supermarket (with fresh bread and croissants every morning!), an S3V counter for buying ski passes and several ski rental shops. The residence in which it is located is close to all amenities. All bathrooms, kitchen toilet, one of the bedrooms and the dining area were fully renovated in 2017.

We spent a week in this fabulous loft apartment as a family of 5. Wonderful to have underground parking in the building and we all enjoyed having plenty of room to gather and relax (while having the space to get away from each other).
The ski locker room is 50 paces from the slope and so easy to ski-in/out. Supermarket is very handy and well stocked and La Baleine restaurant is charming for a traditional fondue while the Spatule restaurant makes lovely pizza to eat in or take out.
Ski rental and lift passes in the building was brilliant.
We didn’t really benefit from the convenience of the Chalet ‘ yoghurt pots which bring you to central Mottaret as they closed at 7.30 in low season but I imagine that this is not the case all season.
The owner is charming and incredibly helpful. We would highly recommend staying here.

agradable y espacioso apartamento en Mottaret, muy confortable. Su dueño está siempre pendiente de los detalles y accesible. Pistas de esquí al lado. Comercios en el mismo edificio.

nous etions 9 personnes (2 familles) et sommes reste une semaine. L'appartement est tres spacieux avec beaucoup de lits simple. Plusieurs salles de bain donc pas de probleme pour que tout le monde se douche sans faire la queue. La cuisine est tres bien equipee, on n'a manque de rien. Les casiers a ski ont pu accomoder les skis de 8 personnes.
je recommende cette appartement et j'y reviendrai

Appartement très agréable et très bien équipé . Toutes les commodités ( poubelle, commerces, forfaits, casier à ski etc) et le quartier est sympa !
Très agréable d'emmener les enfants en ski à l'école pour le bonheur de chacun!!! L'accès aux pistes et la télécabine sont au pied de l'immeuble.
