Pool with a view

Marvelous view over Alba and a beautiful terrace and pool to enjoy it from. only a few minutes by car from the town but up a (steep) lane so very quiet. Our room had a private bit of terrace, and importantly given this year's heat, air conditioning.

A slight confusion over the booking - one of the days we booked turned out not to be available. But it was all sorted out in good time.

Amazing stay in Alba! Beautiful property located 5 min away from Alba. Extremely nice apartment. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. Big shower, functioning kitchen and Smart TV available. The owner didnt speak a lot of English, however she was extremely nice and helpful. The property is spacious and it has a great pool area. Amazing breakfast. They also have the cutest little dog Oly, which makes the stay feel just like at home. We cannot wait to go back!

Very friendly hosts, great breakfast and also a beautiful location. It was all very neat, everyday a cleaner came by the room, which made our stay even more pleasant. Thanks for the hospitality!

We hated to leave and hope to return soon!

The location is very peaceful, 5 minutes from the center of Alba, and close to the the hill towns and wineries of Piemonte. Our hosts, Sandra and Giuseppe, were charming, helpful, and made dinner reservations for us at a wonderful spot. The property is lovely with fabulous roses in May and a great pool. Breakfast included delicious freshly baked pastry, meats, cheeses, fresh fruit and yogurt with a choice of coffee, tea, and juice. Everything was beautifully presented with tables on the terrace overlooking the stunning view of Alba and vineyards.

Nice place but unlucky circumstances

There was a switch of my booking with someone else’s hence I booked for a 2 bedrooms apartment with view but I received a much smaller one with sofa bed and no view. The host was not aware as their employee got it wrong and was ill and not reachable by phone. Price was decreased by the host.

When in ALBA you must stay here !

The location provided exceptional views of the vineyards and country side Breakfast was great on the terrace and the hosts could not have been more helpful in making recommendations securing reservations and getting tested for Covid . They also went out of their way to connect us with a local friend who could help print out some travel papers that were required to renter the US. I felt like family and was so happy to meet these wonderful people.

Taxis are a bit expensive going into town however our hosts were able to arrange round trip transportation for us.

location was good

the owners don’t seem interested in their guests - it’s overpriced for the amenities: no hot water in room and the hosts close off the dining area ( which is part of their lodging - conveniently ) asking for something feels like you are intruding on them FIND ANOTHER PLACE - many equally nice places in the 5 mile radius

Posizione , pulizia e cordialità dei gestori sono i punti di forza di questa eccezionale struttura. Se poi ci aggiungiamo un panorama mozzafiato la vicinanza ad Alba ed una quiete fiabesca direi che raggiungiamo il top Buona la colazione. Torneremo. Consigliatissimo

Belle grande suite dans un cadre magnifique

Très bel emplacement rustique au dessus d’Alba, à 10mn en voiture, au milieu des collines de vignes. Grande suite bien chauffée et chaleureuse avec décoration de meubles classiques. Parking spacieux. Propriétaire serviable. Excellent petit déjeuner dans une salle très rustique et chaleureuse (œufs, charcuterie et fromages de qualité, fruits, yaourts, jus, cappuccino, thé, pain frais …).

Pas de bouilloire ni de machine à café. Quelques poils de chien sur un fauteuil. Frigo vide. 2 tasses à thé mais pas de verres normaux.

Relax e panorama

La struttura è in una buona posizione, non lontana dal centro ma isolata per quanto riguarda rumori L'accoglienza è stata speciale, la signora Sandra è deliziosa; è un piacere fare due chiacchere con lei. La stanza è molto grande: ha una zona "ufficio" con armadio, tavolo e poltrone; la camera da letto ed un bagno grandi. Tutto pulito e profumato. è possibile parcheggiare l'auto a pochi passi. Ci son due zone "sociali" che godono di viste meravigliose sulle colline limitrofe, una delle quali adiacente ad una bella piscina. Relax assicurato!

Die Lage sehr ruhig , mit einem fantastischen Ausblick. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und sehr fürsorglich. Und helfen wenn man Fragen hat. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Zimmer und Fewos unterschiedlicher Qualität

Top Außenanlagen, guter Pool zum Schwimmen, schöne Frühstücksterrasse mit tollem Blick.

Wir hatten ein „Großes Doppelzimmer“ gebucht (40m2) und erhielten stattdessen eine Ferienwohnung im EG. Durch deren Lage an der Zufahrt, fuhren alle Fahrzeuge direkt am Schlafzimmerfenster vorbei. Die versprochene Klimaanlage befand sich im Wohnzimmer, wodurch das Schlafzimmer eigentlich nicht abzukühlen war. Das Geschirr und die Küche waren teilweise schmutzig, zB standen benutzte Weingläser im Schrank, an der Espressokanne klebte noch ein Stück Käse. Ein Zimmertausch auf das was wir gebucht hatten, war aufgrund der Hauptsaison nicht möglich.
