Big apartment, very roomy. Underground parking. It was paid, but the host deducted it from the payment. Beds were comfy. Wifi was good. Grocery store and a pharmacy underneath the apartment. 30 min walk to the main square.

We were sent a video how to get into the building, but we still struggled to find the correct door from the underground parking lot in order to find the keys. Also, for the host to know, not everybody might have internet access on the same day of arrival to watch lengthy videos. If we understood correctly, our apartment was changed from the initial one we booked, because of an electrical issue. It was nice from he host to do the other booking in a similar apartment, but we would have like to know this beforehand. The apartment was clean in general but some of the finishing touches were not done. For example, on the balcony was a drying rack with many towels drying after the washing. The cabinet under the sink was messy, with a smelly tablecloth, multiple sponges lying around. The bathroom smelled like bleach, with the bleach bottle still standing there. At least it was disinfected. The shower door was broken so couldn't close the shower, also the toilet seat. The communication was quick but could have been more polite. "I'm the guy from the booking" doesn't sound professional.
