Easy to find. Two bedrooms well fitted out. Good laundry and washing machine
The grubby lounge, the stained cushion covers, dirty windows and screens- particularly upstairs with the hanging chairs. I think the fire needs replacing or possibly the guests before us used it incorrectly as the main living space and soft furnishings smelled of smoke. Lack of fly screens on the doors. Out door area is very poor. Offering accom for 7 with only one toilet isn’t practical. This is more of a schoolies property.
