12 Rocks Beach View Loft Central Port Campbell

Location, comfort, amenities, great view from the balconies.

I was a little nervous when I realised it was on top of the 12 Rocks Beach Bar Cafe but the noise was minimal during the day and quiet at night, and the location was second to none! The loft is an architecturally built spacious, light and airy 2 bedroom - more like a house than a unit! The main bedroom has an ensuite and there is second bathroom and toilet. There is a full kitchen with dishwasher and washer and dryer hidden behind. Beyond the kitchen is the dining area, then a small sitting area one side and desk on the other leading to one of the outdoor baconies. The views from the loft were nothing less than sensational! Sitting out on the protected balcony in the afternoon watching the waves roll in to shore and against the cliffs was soul restoring! We had dinner in the bar below which was typical pub fare but super fresh and perfectly cooked - the vegetables were plenty and rare in pub food, which was much needed after travelling for some time. Retiring back to our accommodation we had a large and comfortable couch in the lounge area which led out to another balcony where we could watch the coming and goings on in the main street below. We can highly recommend Grass Roots Cafe for breakfast. They have great coffee, fresh juices and tasty eggs and bacon!!!

The only fault we had with this property was that it had no coffee machine, which is almost standard in upmarket accommodation today.

Beautiful layout and facilities. Well proportioned rooms. Great location , well equipped and great views.

The noise from the extractor unit from the cafe below. As noted it did stop between 8:30 and 9:0pm. Music from the cafe until closing was a little noticeable.
