    Room smells of wet dog could not stay had to move rooms and they were full

    Stayed here a few times and have never been happier, really quiet surroundings, only a 5 minute drive into Hereford. Will be looking to stay again before Christmas

    The hotel is in a quiet area and we slept ok but the new room layout is not for us. They have taken the work desk area away and put the tv on the wall in line with the bed. We liked it facing the sitting area as we like to have a few drinks watching tv. No where to put your glass down but luckily we had a cool box with us so used the top as our table. Chairs to sit were one dining chair and another uncomfortable chair. Why cant they put 2 arm chairs or a sofa in and small table. Wont return.
