    The room was pretty nice & spacious with decent wifi, AC and shower, the bed was also comfy. However a few small negatives need to be pointed out. First was a female check in staff member who spoke zero English. But the other check in staff member from the afternoon who spoke great English was very helpful and accommodating. The next issue was a lack of plug sockets in the room. There wasn't anywhere to boil the kettle or charge a phone as the only socket was about 4 feet off the ground with no table below it. Final issue was parking. The booking said parking was included but it wasn't. Outside at the front was a no parking area on the main road. We managed to park overnight at the 7/11 around the corner. Was lucky spaces were free otherwise it would have been quite perilous

    The stay is not good at all. Room belongs to 1980s. Very very dim light. Washroom wasn't clean, towels were used. No toilet accessories provided. Photos are fancy. Jacuzzi doesn't work. Ventilation is also issue

    We had no window which was a massive let down as the room is really dark and don’t know what time it is when you wake up, and bunk beds, the mattresses were really hard

    Dirty, filthy pillows, stained mattresses, stained window drapes. Booked a queen and got bunk beds. We left. Didnt bother staying.
