Value for money, clean rooms, close to stores and restaurants.

This place looks like somebody got murdered and then all the cockroaches in the Neighbourhood and the mosquitoes and the ants just moved into the hotel room. The staff is super rude not helpful. Your air conditioner doesn't work. They say yes we're gonna come fix it up. They never come just please go try to find a better place than this one because you're gonna regret every moment the only thing good going for this is the location that by the way there is a basketball court that is open from 8 o'clock in the morning to 11 o'clock at night and they're playing loud music.

Would like to mention front office staff, Shane, who was attentive to our needs. Property was centrally located. Overall had fun
    6 / 10Average·Aug 2026
The rooms aren't anything special but for the money they're ok. Unfortunately the location is - from a noise standpoint - terrible. I happened to be there during the local festival which means that, right behind the hotel, we had music blaring at 120 decibels day and night. However, even without the festival, the band at Bam Bar - on the other side of the hotel can be heard in the room. There was just no way to sleep in those rooms. The management moved me tom their other hotel - the Treetop Suites - which were much quieter but for an extra cost which I don't believe I should have been charged. Those rooms - for about double the cost of my original booking weren't worth the money but at least they were quiet. The staff were were very helpful and pleasant but it's about the only positive note I can think of regarding the property.
