    Rooms were terrible, full of dust not clean enough, there was huge rats in the room

    I noticed hair from previous guests in the bathroom, which was a bit off-putting. The room itself was decent, though the furniture layout was not ideal—I wasn’t able to move the chair close enough to the desk to work comfortably. On a positive note, breakfast was good, and the property is conveniently located near the metro station. My interaction with the staff was minimal, but I didn’t encounter any issues. Overall, it was an acceptable stay.

    Very poor service, and no proper rooms. Every room has some defect. Got to change rooms 3 times annd delayed service.even if rooms are available they will say rooms are not empty .... Every room has some kind of defect.... Geyser ho ya phir fan ya phir doors.... We had visited there so many times..... Every time we have to face some problem..... And this time it was too much.....
