I opted for two days stay. Room spray was horrible when we entered and its dirty Infront of room door and even inside room around corners. Even the bedsheets are dirty and Wash room water was stagnant and its horrible while bathing, next person in the room has to wait until the water to go . There are no basic facilities like handwash/towels/soaps. Only good part is its in prime location and its near to VFC office ,

I booked this place for 3 days but ended up leaving on the morning of the second day because of my disappointing experience. The only positive thing about this place is its location, with easy access to the metro, bus stand, and other transportation options. Unfortunately, there were several issues that made my stay uncomfortable: 1. The rooms are not cleaned regularly, and it seemed like they never cleaned the room during my stay. 2. The bed sheets had stains and an unpleasant smell. 3. The bathroom windows felt unsafe and quite scary. 4. Some staff members seemed to expect money from guests and would follow them around for it, which was uncomfortable. 5. The older man at the reception, who was chewing paan, was rude and unwelcoming. On the other hand, another staff member in his 30s was polite and helpful, so the staff experience was mixed. 6. The rooms are extremely small and cramped, with hardly any space to move around comfortably. My advice to future guests is not to rely solely on the photos when booking, as they can give a very different impression of the actual rooms. **A suggestion to the management:** The location is definitely an advantage, but a good location alone is not enough to make guests return. Please focus on maintaining cleanliness, providing fresh and clean bed sheets, ensuring bathroom safety, improving staff behaviour, and making guests feel comfortable and welcome. With some genuine effort to improve these basic aspects, this place could offer a much better experience. Guests who leave happy are more likely to return and recommend the hotel to others, which ultimately helps grow the business. Instead of relying on the location to attract new customers, invest in creating a positive experience that gives people a reason to come back. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively and makes the necessary improvements. There is potential here, but the guest experience needs serious attention.

It is good value for money and also location is fantastic. You may have to pay almost four to five times for the same hotel location. The negatives ..approach is in a narrow lane, lane is having a juice shop always crowded and straw and paper glass littered all along the road, staff are good but have to followup for getting the things done, cleaning the rooms and toilets a small reminder but they do it. Once you are inside your room it isvok with TV and AC and a good bed. Overall I recommend if anybody is looking for a bargain stay in the heart of city. Staying with family is safe.

Room was to much dirty.Also bed sheet,blanket was dirty.the not provide shop,tea bag,tooth brush kit etc.
