    claimed services like tea/coffee which was included in the package but hotel not provided, even for daily eminties we have to go and speak to staff, then they do it, the collaboration of agoda with hotel is very poor, i paid the booking amount and the hotel supervisor denied to check in after some verbal excercise, he (Vishu) allowed me to check in, overall we can say Ok but atleast whatever you claimed you should atleast aware about it.

    Extremely bad hotel, room is not clean, nd looking like horrible, I will never recommend this hotel for couples, family, and solo also. I booked the room but i didn't stay there bcz room was so dirty. So don't waste your money
