    I stayed in Haridwar. The room is pathethic. Linen very dirty.. Towels Dirty, Broken main door knob handle, Bathroom smelling shit even after room freshner.. Window ac was working but humming sound loud. Torn and dirty curtains, front desk staff very rude, housekeeping staff absolutely unprofessional.

    far away from main road, very narrow gali, you will struggle to locate this hotel if you follow google map. actual condition of rooms is very different from pictures shown on internet. Lack of basic facilities and very poor maintenance of property.

    Pathetic service, what was promised, not delivered. Online they project like a wow hotel, room and service. But on ground completely different. Everything we have to remind to make in room, but kind of response reflects that we must carry with us if you stay in this property. Cleanliness Zero, AC like a dummy box and if we ask for clarification then all rooms like this and nothing can be done.
