    Stayed with my 2 young kids and wife and it was a decent experience, zero complains. The best thing about them is their staff members. Worthy of a mention is Mr Tilu singh from the Restaurant who went far and beyond to take care of the whole family. Kudos to Mr Tilu!

    The room was spacious but lacked in proper amenities in every way whatsoever. 1. Check-in was not smooth as the Reception gave me a de-activated key and the room had to be opened with the Master Key. I had to come back to the Reception. 2. Moreover, the main door of the room was very very tight and had to be opened/closed forcefully. The Receptionist checked it herself and admitted it. 3. The washroom door would’nt close at all. 4. The Safe wouldn’t close and set off an alarm. When i approached the Reception the Manager laughed it away telling me that the previous guest had put a code which they don’t know. They should have asked the Code from the previous guest at check-out time and neutralised it. So the safe could not be used. 5. Housekeeping was not prompt at all - I requested 1 glass for drinking water & 1 hand towel which they did’nt provide for a good 5 hours. Literally, I went to the reception and myself brought them. 6. For a Male Guest they did not provide a shaving kit. Instead they gave a shower cap which is used by a lady. When I questioned them they did’nt have any answer. 7. My name was mis-spelt in the Breakfast List and also in the Bill (at Check-out). Such a silly performance. 8. At Check-out I advised them to properly check the Room and mend all shortcomings so that the next Guest may not face same problems. In nutshell neither the Manager nor the Reception was Guest-Friendly and seem to be least bothered. They should have properly checked the Room before offering it to the Guest which they certainly did’nt carry out their basic duty and took the Guest (me) for granted. I was simply not provided/offered the Services/Amenities declared by the Property much to my dis-satisfaction. I happened to see the ratings displayed at the Reception from MMT, GOIBIBO, BOOKING.COM, etc.. All ratings were below 4.5. Only Agoda’s was above 8.0 which really is surprising. I request Agoda to do a proper survey of the property and it’s amenities for Guest Satisfaction and review it's ratings, and, above all, Agoda’s own reputation.
