Sehr aufmerksame, hilfsbereite Gastgeber, sie verwöhnten uns immer wieder mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten.Die Lage war sehr ruhig und optimal zum Entspannen .Großzügige Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer + extra Dachterrasse.

Our week-long stay at Alona Luxury Villas on Karpathos was uniformly pleasant! Everything was perfect and we were able to relax and really enjoy a recuperative stay! The rooms were beautifully and thoughtfully appointed, the verandas have lovely views, the AC and coffee maker and all appliances worked exceedingly well (essential😎), and the showers were superb with high water pressure and lots of warm water! The villas feature a beautiful garden and a tennis court, which we did not use because it was so much more fun running down to the beach, which is only minutes away by foot (or even faster by car since there is lots of parking there). The sweet hostess, who speaks excellent English, was unfailingly hospitable, helpful and accommodating. She brought us treats (ranging from ripe fruit to pastries and wine), informed us of local events and best places to eat and things to see, and was ever pleasant and patient about our sleeping in till noon repeatedly, simply asking what kind of cleaning services we wanted for that day. Karpathos is windy, which we loved since it minimizes bug issues and maximizes coolness and quick drying at the beach. It is a great island and if we return, which we expect we will, we will definitely enjoy Alona Luxury Villas again. We recommend renting a car to explore the diverse beaches and the wondrous town of Olympos in northern Karpathos, but you could just spend a spend an entire splendid week in Alona villas in Arkasa, which has everything you need for a fantastic vacation, including first-rate restaurants like Kipos and Kuzini and nearby bars for the sunset, coffee shops and minimarkets.
