Good value and location.
Number of rooms , bathrooms and available pool. Pool area is e”very good. Owner provided towels for bathrooms. The beach is 5-10 min walking distance from house . House is behind a secure gate with coded entrance. We had one shower that clogged and owners fixed it promptly and we thank them for that. We enjoyed the available pool and restaurants nearby. The location is actually closer to neighboring town Les Issambres so you can go there and walk around by the port and few shops. Center of Sainte Maxime is a typical french center with restaurants shops beach and cafes . The house is good for two families of 3 or four but not more. There is plenty of parking by the house.
The place is a little run down but clean. Wifi is bad or non existant by the pool area, but ok in house. Supplies for kitchen ( dish washer tablets, dish soap, Paper towels are lacking so you have to buy and bring it, and bathrooms ( soaps, toilet paper…etc are lacking, so you have to buy them). No towels for pool or beach. Location is on outskirts of Sainte maxime so you actually need a car to go to center, thankfully we were able to rent a car in center for three days of our stay. The door in one bathroom keeps coming off the rails so you may get stuck inside😂 but with some help from friends or family you can get out. The mattress in one bedroom was rock hard so it may not be comfortable for some people . Air conditioning is uneven and there is one hot room by the pool. There is only one air conditioner for the whole house.

Very enjoyable but could have been better
The property was in a good location if you wanted a beach holiday. A bit far out if you wanted restaurants and nightlife
The property was " end of season". The cooker didn't work properly, the freezer didn't work properly, several lights didn't work, including the pool lights. We very much enjoyed the holiday but at this price you expect everything to be working as it should. Having paid this price an additional £200 for laundry of sheets and towels was excessive.
