About this house rental
This spacious, 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home with 2,380 sq. Ft. Of living space comes fully equipped with everything you will need for your alaskan adventure. The leander house is located in a well kept neighborhood that is just 10 to 15 minutes away from all the activities anchorage has to offer. The main floor has wood laminate floors throughout, formal and informal living rooms, kitchen and dining areas. There is a fenced, south facing rear yard, with extra large deck.
Enjoy the family room with it's floor to ceiling windows, spectacular river rock fireplace, 18 ft. Vaulted ceilings, leather sofa and recliners and a 50" flat screen tv.
The kitchen is fully equipped, has ample counter space, breakfast bar, and bay window. Located just off the dining room is a large deck, complete with grill.
Upstairs the spacious master bedroom has a queen bed with private bathroom. With large jetted tub, separate shower and double vanities it is a great place to relax after a full day. Separating the master bedroom from bedroom 2 and 3 is a bridge. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has bunk beds with a full bed below and a twin bed on top. A full bath is located just outside bedroom 2 and 3. Amenities include wifi, back deck with gas grill and a full supply of linens.

Great property, location and hospitality! My family of 5 and I stayed in the residence and enjoyed it. Well appointed kitchen, game cabinet and great book selection. We all had plenty of room and were comfortable! We would stay again in an heartbeat!

Everything was exactly as described. It was clean and quiet. Communication with the hosts was wonderful and checking in was a breeze! I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

The house was a great size. The backyard was so pretty. The backyard neighbor seemed to walk outside everytime we sat out there and then proceeded to vacuum her area rug every day outside… weird. The house does not have AC and the temperature upstairs gets warm. There are fans but they are loud.
